Every coffee cart operated by two baristas is designed to serve up to 100 guests per hour. Depending on the size and flow of your event, we’ll bring the number of carts and baristas necessary to keep service fast and seamless.

We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. During peak seasons, especially weddings and year-end corporate events, our schedule fills quickly. If you need service sooner, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever availability allows.

Our classic menu includes cappuccinos, iced lattes, americanos, matcha lattes, mochas, chai, hot chocolate, and espresso shots. We can also create seasonal or themed menus for weddings, corporate events, and brand activations.

Yes. We offer logo foam printing, branded cups, custom signage, and fully wrapped carts for brand activations. Brewani specializes in creating memorable, photo-friendly moments that align with your event or brand identity.

We serve NYC, Long Island, the Hamptons, New Jersey and Connecticut. For destination or multi-day events, just let us know, we’re happy to travel.

Yes. Our mobile coffee cart can be set up indoors or outdoors as long as there is a level surface and access to a standard electrical outlet. If your venue doesn’t have power available, we can provide a silent generator. We coordinate directly with your planner or venue team to ensure a smooth, efficient setup.

We are fully self-contained. Our coffee cart does not require direct water access. All we need is a standard power outlet, or we can bring a silent generator for outdoor or off-grid locations.

Setup typically takes 30 minutes, and breakdown takes about 20 minutes. We always arrive early to coordinate with your planner or venue to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Yes. Our mobile espresso bars are designed to scale for high-volume corporate events. We can deploy multiple carts and baristas to serve hundreds of guests per hour with consistent speed and quality.

Absolutely. We offer matcha lattes, chai, hot chocolate, signature seasonal drinks, and caffeine-free options. This ensures every guest, coffee lover or not, can enjoy something delicious.

Yes. We regularly partner with planners, venues, and production teams to integrate seamlessly into timelines, design plans, and guest flow. Brewani is fully insured and can provide COIs upon request.

Yes. Brewani carries full general liability insurance and can provide certificates of insurance (COIs) for any venue or corporate client.
